Glenside offers versatile accommodation in five individually styled en-suite bedrooms which have been completely refurbished with superior quality co-ordinated furnishings.

• Three rooms have spectacular views down the Teign estuary to Teignmouth and Shaldon. There is also a double room overlooking the sunny terraced rear garden and a family room/suite with views across the rooftops to the hills above the Teign.
• All rooms are en-suite with showers, some with baths as well, heated towel rails, fluffy white towels and quality toiletries.
• Rooms have a flat screen digital freeview television with integrated dvd player, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and ample storage space.
• All have supremely comfortable pocket sprung beds for a comfortable, relaxing night’s sleep.
• There is free internet access.
• A few of the rooms have retained charming period features such as a beamed ceilings and antique fireplaces.
• Ironing equipment is available.

We are happy to arrange flowers from our local florist and chocolates for special occasions with a little prior notice. We also offer a selection of West Country products which make perfect souvenirs to take home at the end of your visit.

Bedroom 1: A large double room with 6ft wide bed. Can be converted to twin room. Period fireplace. Bathroom with separate shower and bath. Lovely view over the estuary.
Bedroom 2: A spacious double room with 4ft 6” cream antique style bed and co-ordinating French style furniture. Bathroom with bath and shower over. View over sunny terraced rear garden.
Bedroom 3: Single room overlooking the estuary with shower room. (Probably the best single room in Shaldon!)
Bedroom 4: A large double room with 4ft 6” cream New England style bed and matching furniture. Period fireplace. Shower room. Superb view over the estuary.
Bedroom 5: Family/Suite. This is a large double room with 5ft bed, with steps leading up to another room which can be used as a separate lounge or there is room for up to 2 single beds. There is a shower room with large walk in shower. Situated on the side of the house, there are views across thatched roof tops to the hills above the Teign.
